A generational change takes place: sons Bart and
Wim Vandenweghe take over the daily management
of the company from their father Rik. Despite
international growth and the acquisition by Zystm
A/S, MATTTEO remains a company driven by family
values.
2024
The Swiss subsidiary Zystm CH is established. As a
result, MATTTEO now has branches in three countries:
Belgium, France and Switzerland. In addition,
MATTTEO has an international network of dealers in
more than 30 countries worldwide.
