Stainless steel instrument trays and silicone
protective mats for CSSD sterilisation
MATTTEO’s surgical instrument trays are made in
high-quality medical-grade AISI 304 perforated stainless
steel plate and stainless steel wire. They offer long-term
durability even in frequent use in humid and chemically
intensive environments at high temperatures, such as
sterilisation processes.
The stainless steel trays are equipped with integrated
ergonomic handles that make it easy to handle the tray
safely, even when filled with instruments. The trays
are modularly designed, meaning they fit perfectly into
standard stainless steel ISO wire baskets and on wire
shelves.
Stainless steel conducts heat well and the open structure promotes good air and steam circulation. As a result, instruments are sterilised efficiently. Our MODUL-iT
instrument trays are specially designed for use in autoclaving. The flat-base design ensures stable instrument
placement and an even distribution of sterilising agents
Placing instrument trays on silicone mats in a wire
basket or on a wire shelf provides additional protection
and prevents the instrument trays from inadvertently
sliding. The mats can resist temperatures from -40°C to
200°C.
