MODU-FLEX ISO trolleys
Closed transport and medical trolleys
Like all our ISO-modular solutions, MODU-FLEX trolleys
are made for storing and transporting 600 x 400mm
modular trays, baskets and shelves. MODU-FLEX carts
are high-quality closed trolleys specially designed for
intensive use in hospitals.

Lightweight but strong frame
The use of extruded aluminium profiles and die-cast
aluminium corner joints ensures a light but very strong
construction. The protective epoxy coating prevents
corrosion and extends service life. The base frame is
made in epoxy-coated steel, making the trolley robust
and stable.
Smooth-running Castors
Medical MODU-FLEX trolleys up to 1050 mm in height
are fitted with four single swivel wheels, each with a
diameter of 100 mm, two of which are equipped with
brakes. Transport trolleys over 1050 mm in height feature larger swivel wheels with a diameter of 125 mm, also
with two wheels including brakes.
Hygienic worktop
The worktop of our medical MODU-FLEX trolleys, made
of high-quality plastic, features three raised edges with
a water barrier. This design prevents liquids from running off the top, promoting safety and hygiene in medical environments.
Different options for closure
The closing of our MODU-FLEX trolleys with roller shutters, window doors, steel doors, aluminium doors or telescopic drawers not only ensures a neat finish, but also
keeps the contents safe and clean, while still providing
easy access.
The roller shutters are designed for effortless removal
and replacement, requiring no tools. This ensures that
both the plastic shutter and the inside of the trolley can
be easily cleaned and disinfected if needed.
Wide range of functional accessories
ISO modular interior
As a standard, our MODU-FLEX trolleys feature modular
ABS side panels designed to accommodate ISO trays,
baskets, and shelves. The insertion slots for the modules have a 40 mm spacing, allowing the trays and
baskets to be positioned horizontally, at a slant, or in
a tilt. For added convenience, the side panels can be
fitted with relief wheels, ensuring smoother operation
when handling heavily loaded modules. Alternatively,
MODU-FLEX trolleys can be fitted with height-adjustable
runners resistant to temperatures of up to 110°C, or
telescopic runners.
The standard colour of the trolleys is white (RAL 9016).
However, upon special request, we can provide the trolleys in any RAL colour of your choice.
MODU-FLEX is an exceptionally versatile trolley system
