TROUBLESHOOTING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING
While our cabinet is designed to be reliable, issues may
arise occasionally. Here are some steps for troubleshooting and resolving potential problems:
If the table does not move when the control panel is
activated:
CHECK THE CONNECTION OF POWER TO THE
CABINET
Begin by checking if the cabinet is properly connected
to the power source. Examine both the plug and the
socket for any issues.
ERROR WITH LED LIGHTING

It should be replaced if the window itself is defective,
showing visible cracks or other damage.
If the fume cupboard is equipped with an automatic
window-closing feature, the issue may also stem from

If the fume cupboard still does not function properly,
you should contact Zystm’s customer service for further
assistance and support. Our team of experts will be
ready to help diagnose and resolve the issue.
If the LED lighting fails to turn on, it may be due to
a defective LED strip or its corresponding driver. The
issue could also stem from a malfunction in the control
system. These components can be replaced. For more

restore its optimal performance and function.
A malfunction in the control system will prevent the fume
cupboard from being used. Interrupted power supply,
blocked sensors, or a defective control panel may cause
this. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Check water and drainage installations:
Ensure that all water and drainage installations are tight
and functioning properly. Replace any parts showing
signs of leakage or failure.
ERROR WITH MOVING PARTS
As the fume cupboard partially consists of mechanical
components, wear and tear may occur over time on
components such as wheels, bearings, and belts.
ERROR WITH HOISTING WINDOW
If the hoisting system is having an issue; it may be due
to the window running off-track, a defective belt, or a
