MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal
performance and longevity of your fume cupboard. Here
are some important points to consider:
DAILY MAINTENANCE
Make sure there are no leftover acid residues on the surface of the fume cupboard, wipe it down and dispose of it.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Empty the fume cupboard of any equipment, wipe
down all surfaces, and dispose of it.Clean all equipment
before returning it to the fume cupboard.
During this maintenance our technician will check the
following points.
- Wire and wire clamps
- Wire wheel
- Glass
- Airfoil
- Sash operation
- Joints
- Sealant (will always be replaced)
- Light
- Electrical
- Faucet
- Drain
- General condition
- Cleaning
PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIFESPAN
SEMI-ANNUALLY
It is strongly recommended, that a maintenance agreement be made with the fume cupboard supplier to
ensure that all the necessary maintenance is done by a
professional technician.
The product warranty follows applicable rules and conditions. Under normal usage and environmental conditions,
the lifespan is expected to be a minimum of 10 years.
INSPECTION AND SERVICE
Annual inspection and service are recommended to

SERVICING OF THE FUME CUPBOARD
When servicing the fume cupboard, the following steps
