MATERIALITY MATRIX
PRIORITIZING SUSTAINABILITY ISSUES
While all goals are important and interrelated, Zystm
A/S has conducted a materiality analysis to prioritize
issues most relevant to the core business. We´ve conducted interviews with our external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, as well as a survey for our employees to determine which factors are important to them.
The input from all stakeholder groups has been analyzed
and grouped into common topics. The final score and
placement in the matrix is based on the impact, business relevance, importance to stakeholders, investment
requirements, time and risk.
A framework Future-Fit benchmark has been used for
prioritizing sustainability issues. Each topic has been
scored and grouped into 6 different strategies that Zystm
A/S has found to be the most relevant the core business
and will bring the most value for the sustainability
development.
