All our professionals are divided into the following
departments:
THE SALES DEPARTMENT
- prepares offers, tenders and pre-qualifications received
by invitations or outreach sales and concludes contract
negotiations.
THE PROJECT DEPARTMENT
- performs the project implementation process, which
begins when the sales department has negotiated the
contracts and the transfer has taken place. The project
department implements what is offered to order. It
prepares detailed planning, preparation and follow-up
of the schedule and discussion of amendments with
the user.
THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
- ensures that the project purchases are made at
the right price and delivery time and following the
requirements set out in the detailed planning.
PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
- prepares production documentation that forms the
basis for the direct manufacture of the product.

THE PRODUCTION
- consists of a machine workshop where CNC, edge
banding and saws process items for further processing
in the cabinet production where items are assembled
and turned into cabinets, or to the fume cupboard
department where the processing becomes assembled
fume cupboards. Production of installation-related
products is supplemented with prefabricated
drawings, delivered by the drawing office. This detail
media location, including mechanical and electrical
items prepared and installed in the alu/steel and
electrical production, where qualified electricians are
responsible.
Upon agreed delivery, the product is sent from the
logistics center and delivered with its hailer. Delivery
is coordinated with the assembly department. Zystm
A/S has its service department, with its certified
electricians. The department is also responsible for the
electrical technical project management on selected
projects when required. Zystm A/S has electrical
compliance certification and therefore can offer
continued servicing contracts for installed systems.
