04 ANTI-CORRUPTION
PRINCIPLE 10
Businesses should work against corruption in all its
forms, including extortion and bribery.
Zystm A/S considers any type of bribery and any form of
corruption as unacceptable and will not tolerate it
TARGETS AND AMBITION
ystm A/S will secure that every employee is familiar
with the procedures to ensure that any suspicious behavior is reported to the management.
To ensure that Zystm A/S continues to not be involved in
any corrupt or bribe behaviors, we will formalize a written policy on Code of professional Conduct

PROGRESS
The majority of Zystm A/S´s operations are in Denmark,
which is considered one of the least corrupt countries in
the world and thus we do not consider corruption a risk
area in our business.
However, as we continue to expand, we want to ensure
these standards uphold in our other locations and
among our supply chain partners We want to ensure we
have a policy in place to recognize and address such
unethical behavior, which will be included in the Code of
professional conduct
