identified several strategies to tackle this.
PROGRESS
The baseline of improving Zystm´s A/S environmental
performance has been established by calculating the
CO2 emissions in Scope 1 and 2 for year 2021. This allows
Zystm A/S to spot areas for improvement and develop
more efficient strategies.
Based on internal and external dialogue and data from
2021, the key strategies to address first were identified.
These include internal waste management improvements, code of conduct to suppliers including environmental concerns and new initiatives to create a circular
economy such as take back options and refurbishing.

Zystm A/S will encourage the use of environmentally
friendly technologies and continue to innovate on its
products and processes to ensure efficiency and environmentally safe procedures.
TARGETS AND AMBITION
By 2030 Zystm A/S will have mapped out the entire
supply chain and its carbon footprint while reducing it by
70%. It will have achieved a 100% efficiency in its
waste management, increasing reuse and recycling.
While it will also have implemented and launched a
new business model supporting circular economy.
Zystm A/S has introduced a process to evaluate its
sustainability performance and to adjust its strategy to
