PRINCIPLE 3
Businesses should uphold the freedom of association
and the effective recognition of the right to collective
bargaining;
Zystm A/S commits to continue upholding the right of
association and the right to collective bargaining with its
employees.
PRINCIPLE 4 AND 5
The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory
labour; and the effective abolition of child labour.
Zystm A/S will not allow any form of forced labor or any
form of child labor in our work.
PRINCIPLE 6
The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Zystm A/S aims to avoid any discriminatory practices in
our recruitment processes and ensure respect for diversity and a safe working environment. Zystm A/S does
not tolerate workplace harassment or violence based on
age, gender, religion or any other source of diversity.
TARGETS AND AMBITION
Zystm A/S seeks to strengthen the company culture and
improve employee motivation to build a strong community within the company.
Zystm A/S wants to ensure a safe working environment
for its employees and fair working conditions. The staff
is free to join unions, and we do not support forced labour practices or child labour. An analysis of our suppliers indicated no concerns of such practices in our supply
chain either.
